Congrats Junior Officers of the Year!

Congratulations to the Submarine Junior Officers of the Year!

I'm proud to say one of my JO's was selected as the Junior Officer of the Year for Submarine Squadron 3.

At the end of the year, each submarine nominates a JO to be the JO of the year to their squadron staff. The squadron commodores review the nomination packages and select one JO to represent their squadron. There are about five submarines per squadron and about ten JOs per submarine, so being chosen as a squadron JO of the Year is saying you're the best out of 50 JOs in your squadron.
