I've suffered the same yo-yo-in...Blunoz, good luck. I've suffered the same yo-yo-ing weights with regard to sea duty. And, like you I had a good example on my DH tour of how to fit command PT into the plan. I even managed to get out during lunch sometimes in the shipyard to augment the command mandated PT.
